Nature Republic Petite Cherry Rouge M23

I have this penchant for pretty pink lipsticks nowadays that whenever I go to cosmetic shops, the first thing I visit is the counter for lipsticks and/or lip care. Since Nature Republic is already in town, I might as well visit the place, I said to myself! :D I bought a couple of things from them making me an official member/card holder yesterday #thingsthatmakemegiddy

So here is my current fave lipstick! ~ Petite Cherry Rouge in Light Pink. It's relatively small compared to the usual lipsticks I have but considering that it costs half the usual price of lipsticks around 500 bucks, this is already a good buy! It has not dried my lips, so it's a good thing!  It also has this mild, not really that distinguishable, cherry scent so it doesn't really irritate the senses. I've been using it for days already. :D

Took under daylight condition

Took under fluorescent light condition

So there! I wonder if this is how I cope with stress lately. XD Instead of eating, I go buy some pretty things that make me happy and girly at the same time. Till next time! Xox~

P.S. Nature Republic is located at the 4th floor of SM the Block

Tony Moly Lovely Stick in Blossom Pink

I bought this lovely lipstick in Tony Moly 2 months ago and I just want to share how great a purchase this is! It's code in Tony Moly Berry Berry Lipstick is PKLS05. :D  If you like shimmery lipsticks, this one's a must in your collection! The packaging, as you can see, is so pretty and I  bet no one can resist buying something this kawaii, ne? :D

What I like about this lipstick is the fact that it never dries my lips out! It actually can do wonders when it comes to moisturizing my lips! :D Some may not like too shimmery lipsticks, but in my case, I really do like it. Another thing is whenever I wear such shade, I can't help but feel so "young" HAHA Seriously!

Even a mere lipstick can add up to your whole get-up, right? :D Right now I'm resisting on putting too much make-up that would cover up my pores lately coz I get to have blemishes due to stress, lack of sleep, air pollution, etc. What I put on my face these days are the medications recommended by my dermatologist and something that would add color to my lips! ^_^

Here are a couple of pictures to end this entry!

Can I call this "Kiss from Dara"? LOL!

Questions:
1. Do you have interests in shimmery hot pink lipsticks?
2. What's your favorite make-up in your kit that add accent to your get-up (e.g., putting eyeliner, mascara, lipstick, or some blush?) :)

SkinFood's Tomato Jelly Lip Tint #1

So here's a review of SkinFood's Tomato Jelly Lip Tint. It comes in 3 shades and what I have is #1, which is the darkest shade of all. :D SkinFood's known for having natural ingredients in their cosmetic products and for this, just by its name, one can say that it has tomato as its main ingredient.

It has this fruity scent that makes you want to put more of it on your lips  and even if its the darkest shade, I do think it just leaves a rather natural tint on my lips. It's moisturizing and lasts long for at least 3 hours, but may vary for you. :D

I really love how it makes my lips look so healthy! :D I've been wearing this daily because of its moisturizing properties. The scent brings good vibes as well! :)) Totally a good buy! I bought this in Korea via friend because its original price is cheaper there than here in the Philippines (like a 100% increase in price). :)

Oh~ m'Eye Lash Curling and Clean

A quick review of my current favorite product from Etude House! It's the Oh~ m'Eye Lash Curling & Clean Mascara. When I was years younger,  I really didn't put much attention on using mascaras whenever I go to occasions. I used to have them on only when applied by the make-up artists; so,the usual foundation, make-up bases, blush-ons, lipsticks, glosses, and eyeshadows & liners were my only interests way back then!  :D  So, this would actually mean my very first, intentionally bought, eye mascara. Yehey! :))

This is the mascara applicator. As most of you may know, Etude House offers a couple of types of Oh~ m'Eye Lash Mascaras, but this one has gotten my attention most than the rest because of this really lovable wand! I thought I needed something that would give full coverage of my eyelashes. It has this regular thickness basally and a little bend over there at the end. What I like about this brush is the fact that it holds on to my eyelashes the way I wanted. The bent end makes it easy for me to make the tip of my eyelashes be emphasized more by going over them for a couple of times, like three times or so. Managing the lower lashes is easy for me as well. :)

I swiped it twice in this photo, but if you want to make it more emphasized, try swiping it for three times or so. Its duration is long enough and the effect hasn't changed after the party I attended to! It has some minimal tendency to be worn out though, but for its price, this really is a good buy!
